Prestige Entries – Better Home Products Terms & Conditions
- Payment Terms: Standard Prestige terms – net 15 unless otherwise authorized
- Pricing: All prices are subject to change by Better Home Products (BHP) without notice. Please confirm pricing before placing order with Prestige.
- Freight Policy: Orders exceeding $500 will be pre-paid freight (see Multiple Simultaneous Orders below). All other orders will be pre-paid freight and amount added to invoice.
- Orders cannot be drop shipped from BHP and will come to Prestige first. Allow approximately one week for shipments.
- Any orders combined with a standard Prestige order will be pre-paid freight.
- Minimum Order: All orders less than $30 will include a $10 service charge.
- Backorder Policy: Products not shipped with original order are automatically backordered by BHP and will be shipped when stock is available.
- Claims: In the event that merchandise arrives in damaged condition, do not refuse shipment. Notate on receiving ticket that you have received damaged boxes. Take pictures of box and any damaged product. Any damage claims received after five (5) days are automatically denied by BHP.
- Returns: All merchandise returns must have prior approval and an approval number to receive credit. A 25% restocking charge applies to all authorized returns unless the reason for the return is an error on the part of Prestige or BHP.
- Limited Warranty: All the general hardware products are warranted by BHP to be of good quality. BHP will replace any product deemed defective in workmanship or material for up to one (1) year from the date of purchase. Warranty covers only the replacement of the product. Warranty specifically excludes any labor-related or any non-product related charges. See separate WARRANTY sheet for LOCKSET PRODUCT WARRANTY.
- Multiple Simultaneous Orders: All orders will be fulfilled by purchase order and subject to Freight Policy per purchase order. If you require orders to be separated by job or address, they must be submitted appropriately as unique purchase orders. Prestige cannot separate or organize any customer purchase order.
